If Mr Ram Lal paid 20,000 as a commission for purchasing a flat, what was the value
of the flat?

Hi,Value of that flat was 1000000.We divided 20000 by 2 so the answer is 10000.Now we divided 10000 by 100 so the answer is 100000. Hope it will help you.
