1. A swimmer can swim with velocity of 10 km h'
w.r.t. the water flowing in a river with velocity of
5 km h'. (i) in what direction should he swim to
reach the point on the other bank just opposite to
his starting point? (ii) What is the time taken by
him to cross the river if it is 100 m wide?​

on same direction with river swim then he can reach to the point on other bank

total time=total distance/speed

=1/10/5/1. we convert the all unit in km and hours.

=1/50h
