distance= 2198m and displacement =200m

Answer:

diameter=200m

radius=100m

total time for one round=40sec

2πr=2×22/7×100

     =4400/7m

distance covered in 1 sec=4400/7×1/40

                                          =110/7m

distance in 140sec=110/7×140=110×20=2200m

he makes 3 1/2 round

so, disp=200m
