depends on the direction of the force

if there is a single force acting then the object will move straight

if multiple forces are acting then we will have to apply vector law

an object moving with uniform velocity when he force acting on the object are balanced and there is known at external force on it if an unbalanced forces applied on the object there will be a change in its speed or in the direction of its motion
