of the biggest ring on the target is 122 cm and the diameter of the bullseye is 12.2 cm, what is the
diameter of the fourth ring from the inside?

Diameter of 4th circle = 12.2 + 2*2d + 2d =  12.2  + 3 *2d

Similarly Diamater of 10th circle = 12.2 + 9*(2d)

12.2 + 9*(2d) = 122

=> 2d = 12.2

Diameter of 4th circle =  12.2  + 3 *2d

= 12.2 + 3 * 12.2

= 48.8 cm

diameter of the fourth ring from the inside = 48.8 cm
