Given: time (T) =3 yrs

Rate of interest (R) =9% pa

Amount received at the end of 3 yrs (A)= Rs19050

To find: principal amount(P)=?

Let P= x.

We know, A= P +I .

SI =(PTR/100) =x *3*9/100 =27x/100.

Now, (27x/100) + x =19050

Or,127x/100 =19050

Or,x= (19050*100)/127

Or, x =1905000/127

Therefore, x = Rs 15000.

Answer:

C RS15000

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the principal be = Rs x There for Interest = (19050 – x)

principal  =  \frac{interestX100 }{time X  rate }

x =  \frac{(19,050-x)X100}{3X9}

27x =  1905000-100x

127x= 1905000

x = \frac{1905000}{127}

=  15000
