The schemes that have been set in motion by the conspirators have finally been actualized and what will come of that is not known as clearly as they might want it to be.

Mischief is the challenge to the established authority of the government, led by Caesar. Anything that would disrupt the government’s power would be an act of mischief. Here, Mischief is personified in order to make it seem more like an individual human being who, like a joker or a court jester, can play tricks on the people in power. The speaker is giving Mischief the freedom to do whatever he wants to do in order to achieve his desired goals. There is no longer any constraint holding him back.

This line shows how clever, witty, cunning and meticulous Antony is.
