Answer:

An orbital plane is a flat disk shaped space on which all the planets, comets, and asteroids in the solar system orbit around the Sun. Since all  planets in our solar system share a similar orbital plane therefore they don't run in to each other.

It is defined as the  angle between a reference plane and the orbital plane or  it is also the axis of direction of the orbiting object. The orbital plane is a  flat disk like plane in which orbits line up with each other .

The earth axis is inclined at 23.5° with its orbital plane.

Answer:

We all know that earth is inclined in 23.5 degrees on its own axis. In such a situation, one pole will always be directed away from the surface of the Sun at one side of earth’s orbit, and half an orbit subsequently about half a year, the direction of this pole will be where the sun is facing.Because this effect of Earth's seasons to occur.

Summer season takes place in the Northern hemisphere when the north pole is faced toward the Sun. Variations of the tilt of  Earth's axial can influence the seasons and in long-term climate change.
