abx+b²y=ab-b²...(1)
abx-a²y=a²+ab...(2)
(1)-(2)
abx+b²y-abx+a²y=ab-b²-a²-ab
(b²+a²)y=-(b²+a²)
y=-(b²+a²)/(b²+a²)=-1
Put y=-1 in (1)
ax-b=a-b
ax=a-b+b
x=a/a=1

HEY SISTA!!!!!
______

GIVEN EQUATIONS

=> ax+by = a-b _____[Eq(1)]

=> bx-ay = a+b _____[Eq(2)]

____________

NOW

Eq(1) multiply by "b" and Eq(2) multiply by "a"

We get :-

=> b(ax+by) = b(a-b)

=> abx + b²y = ab - b² _____[Eq(3)]

and

=> a(bx-ay) = a(a+b)

=> abx - a²y = a² + ab _____[Eq(4)]

____________________

NOW

BY [Eq(3) - Eq(4)] We get :-

=> abx - abx + b²y + a²y = ab - b² - a² - ab

=> y(a² + b²) = -(a² + b²)

=> y = -1. _________[ANSWER]
__________________________

Plug the value of "y" in eq(1) we get :-

=> ax + b(-1) = a - b

=> ax = a

=> X = 1 ______[ANSWER]

HENCE, YOUR ANSWER IS

=> "X = 1" AND "Y = -1"
