area of triangle= 1/2 base x height-=1/2 9*12 = 54

triangle 1; base - 9

height- 15

triangle 2; base-10

height- 12 - area = 1/2 10*12 = 60

ratio of triangle 1/ triangle 2 = 54/60

= 9/10
