The answers regarding pollen grains are given below :

a) Sometimes when the pollen grain falls or lands on the stigma of a pistil, it does not get germinated. This may happen when the pollen grain does not get the essential conditions for germination.

b) No, pollen grains of one species can't germinate on the stigma of some other species. The stigma of the flower may recieve many pollen even from other species also, but they do not get germinated because they do not get the required conditions.

c) No, all the pollen tubes do not have equal length. The newly developed pollen tube will be short while the old pollen tube will be longer in length.

d) The pollen tube will reach the stigma only when the pollen grains gets germinated.
