1) The transformation of milk into yogurt is a chemical change which is simply known as the fermentation process.

In this process,the liquid milk gets a

thick paste like physical state.

2) The yogurt is sour in taste and mostly smells like milk.

3) The microbes which causes this fermentation process are easily observed in the yogurt. These microbes are known as lactobacillus.
