Heya!!

1) IF l.h.s comes out equal to R.h.s then ( -2,2 ) is the solution of given equation.

3 ( -2 ) - 2 = 8

-8 = 8

L.h.a is not equal to r.h.s

So, ( -2, 2 ) is not the solution of given equation.

2)

3k -4 = 5

k = 9/3

k = 3

Have a nice time.

1) lhs
(3x-2)-2=-6-2=-8
rhs
8
lhs not equal to rhs
2) k x 3 - 2 x 2=5
3k-4=5
3k=9
k=3
