1. draw a line segment AB =4.8.

2. mark an arc of 6.5cm from point B and then mark an arc of 7.5cm from point A which cut at the point C .

3.now join the line BC and AC .

4.now again mark an arc of 5.9cm from point A and then mark an arc of 4.8 c. from point C which cut at the point D.

5.now join AD and CD

6.now measure the distance between BD .

7. therefore it is a required quadrilateral ABCD with diagonal AC.
