From LHS :

1- cosA / 1 + cosA

Multiplying be 1- coaA in numerator and denominator .

= 1- coaA * ( 1 - cosA )/ ( 1+ cosA) ( 1 - cosA )

=( 1- cosA)²/ 1 - cos²A

= (1 - cosA)² / sin²A

=. ( 1 - cosA / sinA)² , °•° 1 - sin²A = cos²A

=( cosecA - cotA)²

Here LHS = RHS proved
