Now, mark the point at 7cm.

The point will be C.

Then, with reference to line BC, mark angle 150°.

At point A, make angle 60°.  

Now, extend both the lines i.e from C and A.

Point of intersection of these lines will be point D.  

Quadrilateral with given lengths of side and angles is ready.
