hey here r the answers....

1. acceleration is the rate of the measure of the change in the velocity of the moving object per unit time. Si unit is ms^ -2 = m /s^2

(i ) if the object moving along the line is positive.same direction.

(ii) if the object is moving in the opposite way it is negative.opposite direction.

2 . the motion of a freely moving body is the example of uniform acceleration.

hope it helps uu frnd

The change in velocity per unit time is called acceleration. The SI unit of acceleration is meter per second square. The acceleration is said to be positive when acceleration is in the same direction and when it is in the opposite direction we say that acceleration is negative. The motion a freely falling body is an example of body moving with uniform acceleration.
