You can simply blow air in a balloon and drop it. The balloon will reach the group in few seconds(The balloon should not experience any kind of resistance). This experiment shows that air has weight.

For the IInd case

Again blow air in a balloon and apply force at the two sides of the balloon and balloon exert a force towards you. This experiment shows that air exerts force.
