in laser light the vibration of the particles in one direction but in ordinary light the vibration of particle occurs in all possible direction.
also laser light be a monochromatic and intense beam directed in a particular direction.
laser- light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation.

Laser is stimulated emission whereas ordinary light is a spontaneous emission.

Laser light highly directional and coherent in nature whereas ordinary light is divergent and incoherent in nature.
