1. Holoblastic cleavge when egg divides in two equal parts example (Microlecithal eggs) as in human,  while meroblastic clevage is the unequal division in eggs  (Megalecithal)  and forms disc like structure at the animal pole, as in birds.

2. Blastula is the outcome of cleavage and have blastoceol as characterstic feature.

Balstocyst is the name of blastula in human have two cells i.e. outer trophoblast and inner cell mass (ICM)

3. Horns are particularly keratin sheath and not usually branched and permanently remain on body while antlers are made of born and they are branched and shed every year

4. Monophyodont is having one set of the teeth where as polyphyodont is  set of teeth replaced continually or say several set of teeth

5. Microglia basically originate from macrophases and appear in early development of brain while macroglia are basically  ependymal cells like aesterocytes .
