Answer:

Natural fabrics, like merino wool, cotton, cashmere, and silk, are made of fibers that are produced by animals and plants. Synthetic fabrics, like polyester, nylon and acrylic, are "man-made" fibers that are created in laboratories

Polymer means many monomers. Sometimes polymers are also known as macromolecules or large-sized molecules. Usually, polymers are organic (but not necessarily). A monomer is a molecule that is able to bond in long chains.

Explanation:

Glucose, vinyl chloride, amino acids, and ethylene are examples of monomers. Each monomer may link in different ways to form a variety of polymers. In the case of glucose, for example, glycosidic bonds may link sugar monomers to form such polymers as glycogen, starch, and cellulose.

Examples of natural fibre include cotton, silk, wool, jute, hemp. Natural fibres are the ones that are obtained from 'plants' or 'animals'. Examples of synthetic fibres include nylon, rayon, acrylic, polyester, aramid.

List of plant fibres

flax (Linum usitatissimum)

hemp (Cannabis sativa)

Synthetic materials which are by-products of petroleum are non-biodegradable, synthetic products take a long time to decompose, creating long-term pollution. Nylon is hard to recycle, making them hard to decompose, accumulate landfills more. Polyesters are easy to recycle, which makes them less harmful to the society.

hope it will help you dear....
