If the spherical mirrors were not known to human beings , then we would not be benefited from the uses of the spherical mirrors . So the consequences of not having knowledge about the spherical mirrors implies that we would be deprived from the several benefits of using spherical mirrors .

There are two types of spherical mirrors are :

1) convex mirror .

2) concave mirror .

The benefits of spherical mirrors which we will miss are as follows :-

↪ We would not be able to use headlights in vehicles . They consist of spherical mirrors which are used to give a parallel beam of light .

↪ Doctors would not be able to use spherical mirrors for viewing parts of teeth , or mouth while checking patients .

↪ A spherical mirror cannot be used as the rear mirror in vehicles which help us to get a view of the things behind the vehicle .

↪ Other instruments like lamps and torches also use spherical mirrors . We will not be able to use them in the absence of spherical mirrors .

↪ These spherical mirrors are also used in A.T.M s .
