Non-democratic government prevailed both in Chile and Poland , but the political situations in both these countries were different. Chile was under the military rule of General Pinoche who illegally form the government which was led by Salvador Aiende.After coming to power the military ruled arbitrarily.
On the other hand, Poland was ruled by a Communist government where dictatoria regime prevailed.No other party was allowed to form the government and elections were banned.
These were major difference between Poland and chile
The main feature of democracy are-
1-Political freedom
2. Equality of citizenship
3. Selectivity of state bodies
4. Separation of powers
