1) Yes, all changes involves exchange of Heat. They can be endothermic or exothermic
For example water absorb heat energy to convert into steam and release heat energy when change into ice.

2)  Yes, all changes around us involves interaction between two or more materials. They can be either physical or chemical. 
writing through pencil, hitting the ball on wall. 

3) On heating solids will expand. Due to this reason two glass tumblers are placed that fixed tightly to each other in hot water. After some time the tumblers are separated very easily as the lower tumbler gets expanded.

4) Some changes are periodic changes as they can repeat themselves.  Change of season is a periodic change.
