1. No, it is not true that all diseases spread by coming in contact some diseases are viral,bacterial,fungal,waterborne, airborne etc.

2. cardiovascular diseases, cancer,chronic respiratory diseases and diabetes.

3.the peoples develop these diseases by drinking sewage water, infected things , eating outside food which is very dangerous to our health.
