First draw the line of 7.3cm

Step2:

With A as centre, using a compass,draw a circle.The radius of the circle should be more than half the length of AB.

Step3:

With the same radius and with B as centre,draw another circle using compass. Let it cut previous circle at C and D

Step4:

Join CD. It cuts About at O. Use your divider to verify that that O is the midpoint of AB. Also verify that Angle COA and Angle COB AR right angles.Therefore,CD Is the perpendicular bisector of AB or axis of symmetry
