Step-by-step explanation:open the compas more than half of the line and mark 2 are 1 above and one below from any point either from a or b. If you marks from point a first than keep the compas tip on the point b and mark 2 arcs one above and one below which crosses both the arc you have drawn earlier .Now draw a straight line which passes punit p and q. And where it meets mark as point c. Hence question completed.
