1) This proverb "As you sow, so shall you reap" is from the bible. One is always responsible for the fruit of one's actions. If one does good, then the result will be goodness to the person and vice-versa. As we sow, (our actions), so shall we reap (our karma). In other words, our karma is the byproduct of our actions.

2) Yes, for me Mother Teresa is a great role model because she did so many things to improve the lives of people in need. She was a strong believer in peace and harmony. She was a selfless, kind, caring and compassionate person who always put others before herself.
