Answer:

1 In saprotrophic mode of nutrition , the nutrition required for their body are collected from dead and decaying matters or they depend on dead and decaying matters . Example : fungi , mushroom etc .

2 Nutrition in an amoeba occurs through a process called phagocytosis where the entire organism pretty much engulfs the food it plans on eating up. The mode of nutrition in amoeba is known as holozoic nutrition.

4 The land breeze blows during the night from land to sea and the land becomes cooler faster then the sea . Sea breeze blows during the day and the landheats up faster then the sea .

Answer:

Okay so..the answers are as follows:-

1. ans:- The mode of nutrition where an organism obtains its nutrition from dead and decaying matter. The word Saprotrophic is from greek origin where saprós means “rotten, putrid” and trophē means “nourishment”.

Example :-fungi, mushrooms, and bacteria.

2.ans:- Nutrition in an Amoeba occurs through a process called phagocytosis where the entire organism pretty much engulfs the food it plans on eating up. The mode of nutrition in amoeba is known as holozoic nutrition. It involves the ingestion, digestion and egestion of food material.

3. ans:- Rumen , also known as a paunch, forms the larger part of the reticulorumen, which is the first chamber in the alimentary canal of ruminant animals. It serves as the primary site for microbial fermentation of ingested feed.

4.ans:-Sea Breeze – Breeze that blows from the massive water bodies are termed as Sea Breeze. These types of breezes normally occur during the summer and spring season.

Land Breeze – The name says it all. The wind that blows from the land is either called land breeze or Offshore breeze. This type of breeze normally occurs during the night and early morning.

5. ans :-The following 3 ways are beneficial for preventing rust :-

Paint it :-

Paint the bare metal with any durable acrylic paint. Do not use water-soluable paints, since they will only worsen the rust. Rust will form underneath this type of paint.

Keep Moisture at Bay :-

Avoid contact with water or moisture. Know that water has a chemical formula H2O, meaning it has 2 parts hydrogen and 1 part oxygen. Oxygen is responsible for the oxidation of iron and therefore forms rust. Clean all iron items periodically and make sure they are dry.

Coat It With Oil:-

Use of oil or grease significantly reduces the chances of developing rust in iron. Basically, grease or oil form a protective layer over iron just as paint does and therefore prevents rust formation.

6. ans :-Siberian cranes migrate to Bharatpur in eastern Rajasthan in India. During winters the climate in the eastern region of Rajasthan is comparatively warmer than the norther parts of India. There is also ample availability of food in that region which helps the birds to survive during winters.

I HOPE THIS HELPS....
