Answer:

Carbon dioxide and oxygen are the gases in the atmosphere that are needed for life. Plants need carbon dioxide for photosynthesis. They use sunlight to change carbon dioxide and water into food. The process releases oxygen. all forms of life need oxygen for respiration. Without them life is not possible.

Ozone layer acts as a shield to protect Earth's surface from the sun's harmful ultraviolet radiation. These harmful radiations can cause skin cancer and other health hazards.

Answer:

Hope it helps you

Explanation:

Oxygen is required to sustain life on earth as many organisms are dependent on oxygen for respiration, photosynthesis etc..Carbon dioxide is another element that helps to sustain life on earth as it helps in respiration, combustion etc..ozone is another form of oxygen that prevents the sun's harmful UV rays to enter the earth.

Global warming is basically the gradual increase in temperature of earth due to accumilation of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.it changes the climate of the place, causes droughts, their will be no balance in ecosystem.

The major pollutants are smoke emitted from industries, vehicles and fossil fuel which can cause green house effect or ozone layer depletion
