When it's a hot day the sweat on the body evaporates from the skin which decreases the body temperature and makes skin feel cooler.

This is because in winter evenings and mornings the temperature of the atmosphere is sufficiently low so as to cause the condensation of water vapours present in the atmosphere. The condensed water vapours being heavy, appear as fog or mist and tend tocollect in valleys.

The temperature of the atmosphere at higher altitudes is generally below the freezing point of water. Hence, the water vapours present in the air at higher altitudes get converted into snow which collects on the hills. Lower down, the temperature of the atmosphere is above the freezing point of water.

Because the water vapours present in the air get cooled and appear as droplets of water on coming in contact with the cold surface of the glass tumbler.
