1.find 10 solutions to the following equations.
(i) x + y - 10 = 0, x - y + 4 = 0
(ii) x + y = 7 and 2x + 2y = 14
 (iii) 2x + 4y -12 = 0,x + 2y – 4 = 0

1) x - y =10 ----- (1)
x + y =10 ------ (2)
from (1) x = 10 +y
putting this in (2)
(10+ y) + y = 10
i.e 2y =  0
so y = 0
from (2) y = 10 - x
put this in (1) x -(10- x) =10
so 2x = 20 i.e x = 10
hence x= 10 y = 0

2)
2x + y = 7 ---------> y = -2x + 7
substitute y = -2x + 7 in 3x - 2y = 0
3x - 2(-2x + 7) = 0
3x + 4x -14 = 0
7x = 14
divide each side by 7
x = 2
substitute x = 2 in y = -2x + 7
y = -2 * 2 + 7 = -4 + 7 = 3
(x, y )= (2, 3)

3)Sorry, I don't know......
