for q-1)10cm

Step-by-step explanation:

(hypotenuse)sqr=(base)sqar+(perpendicular)sqr

(hypotenuse)sqr= 36+64=100

so hypotenuse=10 cm

 \large\bf\underline {To \: find:-}

  • we need to find Hypotenuse in 1st Question.

  • In Second Question we need to find The rate of interest.

 \huge\bf\underline{Solution:-}

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1)find hypotenuse if base = 6cm and perpendicular =8cm.

Given :-

  • Base = 6cm
  • perpendicular = 8cm

➣ By using Pythagoras theorem

➣ Hypotenuse ² = base² + perpendicular ²

↛ Hypotenuse ² = 6² + 8²

↛ Hypotenuse ² = 36 + 64

↛ Hypotenuse = √100

↛ Hypotenuse = 10cm

Hence ,

  • Hypotenuse = 10cm

2) In what rate of interest will the interest on Rs 4500 in 6 years be Rs 1350 ?

Given :-

  • Principal = Rs 4500
  • Time = 6 years
  • Intrest = 1350

we know that,

  \bigstar\star \red{ \bf \: Simple \:  Interest = \frac{ P \times  R \times T}{100}}

↛ 1350 = 4500× R × 6 × 100

↛ 1350×100 = 27000R

↛ 135000/27000 = R

↛ 135/27 = R

↛ R = 5

Hence,

  • At 5% rate of interest will the interest on Rs 4500 in 6 years be Rs 1350.
