In this case let the small angle be x degrees

The other angle is 15 more than 2x degrees i.e. it is 2x +15 degrees.

They together add up to 90 degrees

so x + (2x+15) =90

so 3x +15 =90

so 3x = 90 -15 =75

so x =25. Remember x is the smaller angle

so the larger angle is 90-x =65.
