Area of trapezium = \frac{1}{2} * h (a+b)    {h = Height, a and b are parallel sides}

                             = \frac{1}{2} *10 (25+35)

                             = 5×60  {10/2 = 5, 25+35 = 60}

                             = 300 m²

Answer:

Parallel side = 25m,35m

Perpendicular distance = 10m= Height

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of trapezium=

1/2(Sum of parallel side)× height

1/2 (25m+35m)×10m

1/2×60m×10m

30m×10m

300 square metre
