radius of circle  = R cm

2 π R = circumference =  44
 2 * 22 / 7 * R = 44 cm
 R = 7 cm

Area  = π R² = 22/7 * 7² = 154 cm²
==============
Log x + Log y = Log x * y
Log x - Log y = Log x/y

Log (a+b) + Log (a-b) - Log (a² - b²)
   = Log (a+b)(a-b)/(a²-b²) = Log 1 = 0
====================
square circumscribes a circle of radius a units.
The line segment joining centers of opposite sides is the diameter of the circle.
   So side of square = diameter of circle = 2 a
   perimeter = 4 * 2 a = 8 a  units
