According to the question

πr² = 55.44m

22/7×x² = 55.44

r² = 55.44×7/22

r² = 2.52×7

r² = 17.64

r² = √17.64

r = 4.2m

circumference of a circle = 2πr

= 2×22/7×4.2 = 26.4m
