Answer:

Hey mate, here is your first answer

Step-by-step explanation:

1 ) Here , a = 2  , b = 5

step 1 : Make 3 columns and write  the values of a², 2 ×  a × b , and b ² in these columns .

 →            column 1    column 2   column 3

  →             a²               2 × a × b      b ²

 →              4 ²                20              25

step 2:  Underline  the unit digit  of b ² ( in column 3 ) and add its tens digit ,if any , with 2 × a × b ( in column 2 )

           column 1      column 2       column 3

           →   a ²                 2 × a × b         b²

          →   4                      20 + 2          25

           →                             22

step 3 : underline the digit in column 2 and add the number formed by the tens and other digits , if any , with a² in column 1

        column 1     column 2      column 3

 →       a²                  2 × a × b           b²

 →     4 + 2                20 + 2           25

   →   6                           22

step 4 : underline the number in column 1

         column 1  column 2    column 3

     →        a²          2 × a × b          b²

    →          4 + 2       20 + 2          25

     →           6                  22

step 5 : write the underline digits at the bottom of each column to obtain the square of the given number . in the case we have :

→          25 ²  =625

→           using multiplication :

→          25 × 25 = 625

2 ) answer: in the attachment it should be 96

hope bro /siso u understood by this method we have to solve

pls refer some attachments

thank you

Find the squares of the following numbers using the Column method:

(a) 25 (b) 90 (1) 35 (v) 75 (iii) 45 (vi) 53

(a) 25

Here a =2, b=5

Step 1: Make 3 columns and write a², 2ab, and b² respectively.

Step 2: Underline the units digit of b²(Column 3) and add tens digit with 2ab.(Column 2)

Step 3: Underline the units digit of 2ab(Column 2) and add tens digit with a² (Column 1)

Column 1              Column 2             Column 3

a²                             2ab                         b²

4                                20                         25

                                  22

6

____                       ______                _______

 6                                 2                           5

____                       ______                _______

Hence, 25² = 625

NOTE: I gave you the concept of how to find the squares using the Column method. Try by doing yourself the rest of the sums.
