Step-by-step explanation:

(1)Given polynomial = 4^2-5x+3

when x=0, we get

= 4x^2-5x+3

= 4(0)^2-5(0)+3

= 0+0+3

=3

(2)when x=-1,we get

=4x^2-5x+3

=4(-1)^2-5(-1)+3

=4^2+5+3

=8+5+3

=16

(3)when x=2,we get

=4x^2-5x+3

=4(2)^2-5(2)+3

=8^2-10+3

=16-10+3

=6+3

=9

(4)when x=1/2,we get

=4x^2-5x+3

=4(1/2)^2-5(1/2)+3

=4(1/4)-5/2+3

=1+3-5/2

=4-5/2

=3/2
