1.It is easier to sip hot tea or milk faster from a saucer rather than from a cup because of evaporation . As we know that evaporation depends on surface area. If the surface area is more rate of evaporation is faster . And evaporation causes cooling. So if the surface area is more rate of evaporation is faster and so is the cooling rate. Hence we are able to sip hot tea or milk faster from a saucer rather than from a cup.

2.because in summer the temperature is high so the air can absorb more moisture.in winters humidity(moisture in air)is lowand temperature is low so evaporation is slower.

1.drinking hot tea through a saucer is more comfortable than a cup coz surface area of cup is small and due to small surface area ,the evaporation of hot tea taken in cup is slow.so making it difficult to sip.

on other hand saucer has large surface area.due to large surface area of hot tea taken in saucer, the evaporation of hot tea from the saucer is faster.
