Chart for 12 year child....
He should take generated ceareal in morning....and one glass milk....
And in after noon he should we take one type of pulse.....chapti.....one vegetable.......
And in evening ine glass juice......
And in nigth but ligth food like.....khichdi... .

We should include juice in our diet becoz juice contain water....
We should drink more than 12 glass of water...
We should take milk becoz it also contain water....
We should work hard becoz after it we need water.....
We should take mpre water than food....
