Answer:

1. By determining a frame of reference to an observer, and by measuring the change in position of the body relative to that frame with change in time, we can observe the motion of a body. It is mathematically described in terms of displacement, distance, velocity, acceleration, speed, and time.

2. We can describe our day-to-day motion as running, jumping, sitting. walking, typing, etc.

3. There are three different types of motion graphs. Motion graphs can be drawn by plotting position, velocity and acceleration of an object in motion over a period of time.

4. Newton's laws of motion govern all everyday activities. If we want to jump higher, we need to exert more force on ground, so that the ground will exert equal and opposite force. If we want to swim faster, we need to exert more force on water, so that water will push us in opposite direction more.

5. Since the laws of conservation state that a physical entity of an isolated system is conserved unless and until any external factor doesn't act upon it, they can be used to measure initial or final states of any physical quantity of the system.
