  2. Dogs can hear up to 50,000 Hz. Monkeys and leopards can hear frequencies of more than 20,000 Hz. Bats can hear up to 1,20,000 Hz.
  3. Loudness of sound is the measure of sound energy reaching the ear per second.
  4. One oscillation is the movement of the object from one extreme position to another and then back.
  5. Reverberation is the phenomenon of persistence of sound after it has been stopped as a result of multiple reflections from surfaces such as furniture, people etc. within close surface.
