The Philippines achieved an electoral system which works automatically  by putting in use automated vote-counting machines.

This leaves no room for counting errors or meddling with the votes,

Thereby authorising an upright chance for all the candidates to proportionally  win.

This has a long  edge on comparing to e-voting,

since there, the servers can be slashed  into,

and the results changed,  

This system is used in Brazil in India.

Hence, The Philippines have their own electoral system ,that was followed by other countries too.
