-1 is a zero of a polynomial

So, x+1 is a factor of the polynomial

x³-4x²+x+6

=x³+x²-5x²-5x+6x+6

=x²(x+1)-5x(x+1)+6(x+1)

=(x+1)(x²-5x+6)

=(x+1)(x²-2x-3x+6)

=(x+1){x(x-2)-3(x-2)}

=(x+1)(x-2)(x-3)

Hence, the other zeroes are 2 and 3
