Answer:

2x^2 - 5x +3= 0

2x^2 - 2x -3x +3= 0

2x( x-1) -3( x-1)= 0

2x-3)( x-1)= 0

x=3/2,1

As p is zero of it

so p can be 3/2 or 1

p can be 1 or 2/3.

\fbox{  \mathcal{ ***EXPLANATION*** }  }\\

2x²- 5x + 3 = 0

=>  2x² - 3x - 2x + 3 = 0

=> x ( 2x - 3 ) - 1( 2x - 3 ) = 0

=>  ( x - 1) ( 2x - 3 ) = 0

=> x = 1 or x = 3/2

So, 1 and 3/2 are the zeroes of the given equation,

∴ p can have two values (i.e. 1  or 2/3)
