presently the temp. is 17 degree Celsius
if atmosphere will be absent the temp. Will rise because sun rays would enter directly without any hinderance along with a great amount of heat and light
Mark it as branliest plz if u like the answer.

Hi,

Here is your answer,

1. Average surface temperature will be lower.
Because there will be no green house effect in absence of atmosphere.

2. Since electromagnetic waves carry both energy and momentum, therefore they exert pressure on the surface on which they are incident.

Hope it helps you !
