5 people in total don't have any pet's.

Here is the explaination, only dog is with 5 student, only cat is with 7 students, only parrot is with 1 student . If add these we will get sum as 13.

Now addition to this we also have 4 student who have dogs and cats both, 3 student with parrot and cat, 1 student with dog and parrot. Now if sum these we will get 8. Now add the number of students who has only one pet and add the number of students who have two pets. i.e 13+8=21.

This means 21 is the total number of the students who have pets. Now to know the number of student who don't have any pet just 26–21=5.

Only 5 student don't have any pet's. Hope this answer is grasped by every individual mind's.
