probability of not hitting a boundary = 1 -  probability of hitting a boundary

probability of hitting a boundary = 6/30 = 1/5

probability of not hitting a boundary = 1 - 1/5

                                                            = 4/5

Accroding to the question,

  • Total number of balls = 30

  • Numbers of baundary = 6

So, number of times batswoman didn't hid the boundary = (30-6)=24

Probability she didn't hit a boundary = 24/30=4/5
