then, length = x + 5

Perimeter = 2( l + b )

2(x + x + 5) = 100

2(2x  + 5) = 100

x + 10 = 25

x = 25 - 10

x = 15 c.m.

Therefore length = 20 c.m. (x+5=15+5=20c.m.
